Our Board
TradesBridge is guided by a working board of directors drawn from the skilled trades, workforce development, education, and Inland Northwest business communities.
Larry Lambeth
Chairman & Founder
Larry started TradesBridge in 2026 to close the gap between young people and skilled trade careers. He's lived in the Inland Northwest for 45 years.
In 1990 he founded Employment Screening Services and grew it to over 12,000 clients across 17 countries. He sold the company and retired in 2023. Across those three decades he watched employers struggle to find workers straight out of high school, especially in the trades.
Larry has served on other nonprofit boards. He was co-chairman and then chairman of First Tee of Spokane for four years, a youth development program that uses golf to teach kids life skills. He also served on the board of Genius Institute, a Christian counseling group in Spokane.
He volunteers with the freshman boys at his church youth group. Their conversations about life after graduation are what pushed him to build TradesBridge.
